Brunch is one of my favorite ways to dine out with family, including kids, at fine dining restaurants.  We get to enjoy the exceptional food, beverages (blood orange mimosas, anyone?) and atmosphere of a top restaurant, and there are always pancakes or French toast for the littles, not to mention it’s typically a great value for the dining experience. Back by popular demand, FINCA is offering a full Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet again this year, and Chef de Cuisine Elloy Berumen, Executive Pastry Chef Natalie Keller, and Sous Chef Jaime Muniz have created a fabulous spread of favorite classic and unique brunch items to delight the food lovers and less adventurous eaters alike.  From the Cold Sea Bar with head-on prawns to the Breakfast Paella with chorizo, rice, vegetables, eggs, cilantro, and pickled onions to the Clifford Family Farms Scrambled Eggs and Pancake Bar with toppings, it’s sure to please everyone in your party.  So bring the whole family along this year, and celebrate your Madre in style at our first brunch buffet for Mother's Day.
