SIX-COURSE TASTING MENU + WINE PAIRINGS

Valentine’s Day may get a reputation for being overblown at times, with pressure of Hallmark cards and boxes of chocolates and such. But at the root of it, it’s just a celebration of love, and we believe all kinds of love really should be celebrated over great food and drink? Even the ancient Romans considered February 14th “feast day.” So grab one (or many) of your loved ones and join us for a fun evening over food and drink at FINCA in downtown Salt Lake City.
There will also be a lot of love in FINCA’s food on Valentine’s from our powerhouse chefs (Executive Chef Phelix Gardner, Chef de Cuisine Elloy Berumen, Sous Chef Jaime Muniz, and Executive Pastry Chef Natalie Keller) who created a special Valentine’s Day Tasting Menu on both Saturday, February 13th and Sunday, February 14th with six courses for $65 per person + tax/20%gratuity, as well as a wine pairing or cocktail pairing option for $35 per person. The Tasting Menu starts off with a quick nibble from the chef, then a starter salad, followed choice of tapas, intermezzo cheese plate, choice of main course, and choice of dessert. Owner and sommelier Scott Evans has crafted an optional wine or cocktail pairing option that pairs perfectly with each course and includes several fun bubbly options.
